The Reeths-Puffer girls basketball team cruised to a 66-52 victory over West Ottawa on Tuesday.

Lauren Ross paced the Rockets with 24 points, three assists, four rebounds and four steals in a non-conference victory.

Trina Lewis added 13 points and eight rebounds for Reeths-Puffer, while Sophia Hekkema chipped in with eight points, four assists and three rebounds. Bella Borgeson had eight points and five rebounds.

BYRON CENTER ZION CHRISTIAN 40, ORCHARD VIEW 20 – Allie Tenhove led the Cardinals with six points while Tara McGarth had five points.

Orchard View trailed 13-2 after the first quarter, 27-4 at halftime and 34-9 through three quarters.

FRUITPORT 45, MUSKEGON CATHOLIC CENTRAL 28 – The Trojans pulled away after 19-7 second quarter run.

Sydney Bol led Fruitport with 20 points, seven rebounds and four steals while teammate Ellie Fisher added 14 points, 14 rebounds, three steals and four assists.

Jai’Lyn Johnson led the Crusaders (0-4) with 10 points.

LUDINGTON 46, FREMONT 27 – The Orioles forced 30 Fremont turnovers in a non-conference victory.

Katie Mesyar led Ludington with 14 points while the Packers (2-3, 1-0) were paced by Calla Miller with nine points.

The Orioles trailed 12-9 after the first quarter, led 26-18 at halftime and had a 38-22 advantage through three quarters.

ROCKFORD 49, MONA SHORES 46– The Sailors trailed 21-19 after the first quarter, 31-29 at halftime and 42-39 heading into the fourth stanza.

Riley Rosenthal led Mona Shores with 11 points, while Mia Brown added 10 and both Olivia Sobczak and Jenna Tierman each had six.

The Sailors are now 2-2 overall on the season.
