The Hart wrestling team displayed dominance on Wednesday defeating Reed City 72-6 and Petoskey 72-6 at the Reed City quad.
Winning two matches for the Pirates were Bryce Jorissen, Trayce Tate, Spencer Vanderzwaag, Chance Alvesteffer, Fabian Vilchis-Mendoza, Mason Cantu, Jerry Brandel, Thomas Tanner, Leo Guadarrama, Cesar Velazquez and Tanner Breitwisch.
Trenton Swihart, Nick Sawdy, Adrian Rendon and Zane Thomas all won one match for Hart.
REETHS-PUFFER WINS TWO – The Reeths-Puffer wrestling team continued its winning ways on Wednesday, defeating Grand Rapids Union 70-4 and Allendale 47-27.
Jacob Blawat (119), Kaden Malotke (130), Alex Chipman (135), Salvador Sancehz (140), Thade Radosa (145), Jimmy Rozycki (152), Caleb McNeil (160), Colby Stephenson (189), Hunter McCall (215) and Jacub Udell (215) all went undefeated on the night for the Rockets.
FRUITPORT SPLITS – The Fruitport wrestling team defeated Kenowa Hills 45-30 before falling 39-30 to Comstock Park.
In the match against Kenowa Hills, Roan Cooper (119), Evan Ludlow (125), Connor Sykes (130), Ryan Sloan (135), Karl Glydewell (140), Jayme Woodring (189), Crue Cooper (215) and Caleb O’Neal (285) all were victorious.
