Spring Lake boys tennis team finishes third at Forest Hills Eastern tournament

The Spring Lake tennis team finished third with eight points on Saturday at the Forest Hills Eastern Invitational.

The Lakers competed against Fruitport, Forest Hills Eastern and Chelsea.

Spring Lake’s No. 1 doubles team of Teddy Hylant and Callum Saxe, and the No. 2 doubles team of Dawson Sherman and AJ Dalman, won two of three matches and finished second in their respective flights.

Winning one match for the Lakers were Nate Starr (No. 1 singles), Eli Tosterud (No. 2 singles), Max Witherell (No. 3 singles), and Nick Sirotko (No. 4 singles).
