The Fruitport boys soccer team dropped the opening game of the 2020 campaign Wednesday. The Trojans fell 2-0 against new conference rival Holland Christian. 
Holland Christian scored one goal in each half to earn the win. Justin Laus saved 15 shots for the Trojans.
Fruitport will host North Muskegon on Thursday night.
