Muskegon Catholic cross country girls take third, boys finish fifth at Ravenna Invitational

The Muskegon Catholic girls cross country team finished third out of seven teams on Tuesday at the Bulldog Invitational at Ravenna High School.

The top Crusader runner was Grace Rennells, who finished 13th with a time of 23:29.91. Allie Gonzalez was 18th with a time of 23:59.22, followed Grace Staniforth (19th, 24:06.52), Grace DeLong (24th. 24:54.29), Anna Fedewa (25th, 24:56.10), and Catherine Cone (45th, 30:00.65).

The MCC boys finished fifth out of seven teams at the same meet. Freshman Jacob Lyonnais, running his first varsity meet, led the Crusaders and finished 20th overall with a time of 20:26.75. Q Lorenz took 33rd with a time of 21:03.3, followed by Kenny Lehan (46th, 22:37.34), Griffin Michelli (51st, 22:40.13) and Jack Walkenhorst (55th, 22:53.34).
