Ben Pollock’s two-goal performance propelled the Fruitport Calvary boys soccer team to a 4-0 win over Zion Christian on Thursday night.

Ethan Pollock and Jacob Schuitema each netted a goal apiece for Fruitport Calvary, which led 2-0 at halftime.

Goalkeeper Braden Cohea recorded a shutout for Calvary.

The Eagles are now 4-1 on the season and 2-1 in conference play.

HART 8, WALKERVILLE 0 – The Pirates cruised to a non-league win on Thursday led by Jesus Salgado, who scored two goals.

Guillermo Ortega, Jesse Rodriguez and Chase Bowker added a goal and an assist for Hart.

Blane Bromley, Kyan Clark and Jake Gordon chipped in with a goal and Rigo Rangel contributed with two assists.

Goalkeepers Ortega and Clark both spent time in net for Hart.

The Pirates outshot Walkerville by a 15-0 margin.

WYOMING 3, MONA SHORES 2 – The Sailors dropped an O-K Green Conference battle on Thursday.

Hayden Yaros and Diego Godoy scored a goal for Mona Shores, with Jacob Gravlin netted an assist.

The Sailors are now 3-2 overall on the season.

WHITEHALL 6, ALLENDALE 1– The Vikings stayed undefeated behind Bailey Tornado’s two goals and an assist in a non-conference victory Thursday night.

Yahir Gonzalez added a goal and dished out three assists for Whitehall, while Taden Brandel, Jack Houtteman and Casey Lownds all netted a goal.

Denver Aguirre etched his name on the score sheet with an assist for the Vikings, who improved to 4-0 overall on the season.

Whitehall’s goalkeeper Sam Stevens stopped four shots in net.

REETHS-PUFFER 2, GRAND RAPIDS UNION 2 – The Rockets forced a tie in an O-K Green Conference matchup on Thursday.

Reeths-Puffer trailed 2-0 early in the contest and 2-1 at haftime.

Jaxon Carpenter scored both goals for the Rockets, including the game-tying goal with just over six minutes left in regulation with a penalty kick.

The Rockets outshot Union by a 20-9 margin.
