Brady Rose scored five touchdowns in five different ways to lead Mona Shores to a blowout win over Holland 56-7 to stay unbeaten in O-K Green Conference play on Friday.

Rose threw for a touchdown, scored on a punt return, ran for a score, got a touchdown on an interception and caught a touchdown pass.

The Sailors didn’t waste much time, scoring their first touchdown 22 seconds into the game on a 63-yard pass from Rose to Demetri Roberson.

Rose then increased Mona Shores advantage to 14-0 on a 54-yard punt return with 9:43 left in the first quarter.

The Sailors quickly added another touchdown less than a minute later with a 70-yard pass from Mark Konecny to Rose to increase their lead to 21-0.

Rose added a three-yard touchdown run then picked off a pass and ran it for a 45-yard touchdown to give the Sailors a 34-0 advantage.

Elijah Johnson added a touchdown early in the second quarter after returning a blocked field goal for 75-yards to give Mona Shores a 41-0 lead.

Konecny added a pair of rushing touchdowns from one yard and 24 yards to increase the Sailors advantage to 56-0 at halftime.

Holland scored the lone touchdown during the fourth quarter to end the shutout bid.

Rose anchored the offense, going 3-of-4 passing for 95 yards and a touchdown.

Dahmir Farum led the Sailors in rushing, finishing with eight attempts for 54 yards. Roberson caught one pass for 63 yards.

Larry White, Dylan Dieselberg, Karsen Marihugh and D.J. Caviness led the Sailors with five tackles apiece.

The Sailors are now 3-0 overall and 3-0 in O-K Green Conference play. They will face Wyoming next Friday.
