The Mona Shores volleyball squad captured an O-K Green Conference title after defeating Reeths-Puffer in three straight sets on Tuesday.
The Sailors won by service scores of 25-13, 25-15 and 25-18.
Riley Rosenthal led the Sailors with eight kills while Bri Wade added six. Brooke LeRoux led with four aces and Grace Norris chipped in with 14 assists.
Mona Shores was paced defensively by Norris with 13 digs and Wade had three blocks.
The Rockets were led by Brianna Stawksi with eight kills while Sophia Hekkema had six. Leah Ellis and Allie Moore both had an ace and defensively they both had 10 digs while Stawski contributed with three blocks.
The Sailors improved to 17-7 on the season and 10-0 in league play, while Reeths-Puffer is now 11-15 overall and 7-3 in conference action.
Mona Shores will host senior night tomorrow as well as cancer night in honor of freshman volleyball player Maddie MacLachlan, who was sadly diagnosed with cancer recently.
