The Mason County Central volleyball team defeated Hart 25-18, 24-26, 14-25, 25-14, 17-15 in a five-set thrilling West Michigan Conference contest.
The Spartans were led by Hailey Jackson with 13 kills and five blocks and four aceswhile Maxi Green had 10 assists.
REETHS-PUFFER 3, ZEELAND EAST 1 – The Reehts-Puffer volleyball team defeated Zeeland East on Tuesday night in a O-K Green Conference tournament contest.
The Rockets won via set scores of 16-25, 25-18, 25-18 and 25-16.
Allie Moore led Reeths-Puffer with 23 digs and one ace while Leah Ellis added eight kills, seven digs and two aces.
Tessa Lamphere chipped in 15 digs and one ace while Sophia Hekkema finished with eight kills, three digs and two blocks.
The Rockets are now 10-13 overall and 7-2 in conference play.
MONA SHORES 3, ZEELAND WEST 0 – The Mona Shores volleyball team won 25-12, 25-17 and 25-18 to defeat Zeeland West in an O-K Green Conference semifinal on Tuesday.
The Sailors will now host Reeths-Puffer on Tuesday in the O-K Green Conference finals.
Grace Norris totaled 20 assists, two blocks and one kill while Bri Wade added 9 kills, seven digs, four blocks and four aces. Brooke LeRoux finished with nine digs, seven kills, four aces and one block while Holli Brus had 13 digs.
Mona Shores is now 9-0 in conference play and 16-7 overall.
OAKRIDGE 3, ORCHARD VIEW 0 –The Oakridge volleyball team was dominant on Tuesday, winning 25-10, 25-18 and 25-6.
Hayden Ruel led the Eagles with 21 assists and 13 digs while Saidee Raap added nine kills and three aces. Emma Blackburn totaled eight kills and two aces.
Oakridge is now 17-6 overall on the season and remains 3-3 in conference play.
FRUITPORT CALVARY 3, WELLSPRING PREP 0 –The Eagles won via set scores of 25-20, 25-15 and 25-23 on Tuesday.
Emmalee Dykman led Fruitport Calvary with 13 kills, three blocks and two aces while Bekah Dukes finished with 28 assists, 14 digs and one ace.
Ella Dykman had nine kills, two blocks and one ace.
Fruitport Calvary is now 10-4-1 overall and 8-1 in Alliance Conference play.
UNITY CHRISTIAN 3, FRUITPORT 0 – The Fruitport volleyball team fell in an O-K Blue Conference tournament game, losing via set scores of 25-18, 25-9 and 25-21.
Sydney Woods led the Trojans with five kills while Raegan Dykstra totaled eight assists.
Fruitport is now 4-20 on the season.
WEST CATHOLIC 3, SPRING LAKE 2 – The Spring Lake volleyball team fell 23-25, 25-16, 25-21, 23-25, 15-11 in a five set classic on Tuesday night.
Alicia Mumby led the Lakers with 17 kills and four blocks while teammate Lily Garrison had 14 kills of her own.
Kendra Keift totaled 26 digs for Spring Lake.
