Kailyn Nash had six kills to lead the Muskegon volleyball team to an O-K Green Conference win on Tuesday over Grand Rapids Union in three straight sets.

Muskegon won by set scores of 25-9, 25-19, and 25-21.

Nash also led the Big Reds with five aces while Iyana Brooks and India Mills both added three aces each.

The Big Reds were also paced defensively by Nash with 11 digs.

O-K BLUE CONFERENCE

FRUITPORT 3, ALLENDALE 1 – The Trojans won an O-K Blue Conference game by scores of 25-21, 25-21, 17-25 and 25-20.

Sydney Woods led Fruitport with 14 digs while Jenna VanderVelde chipped in with 25 assists.

The Trojans were paced by Kylie Rudolph defensively with 11 digs. Sarah Zielinski and Cailey Richards added 10 apiece.

Fruitport is now 6-21 on the season.

NON-CONFERENCE

HART 3, FRUITPORT CALVARY 2 – The Pirates won by scores of 15-25, 24-26, 27-25, 25-12 and 15-9 in a non-league match.

Fruitport Calvary was paced by Emmalee Dykman with 14 kills and three aces while Ella Dykman added nine kills and three aces. Bekah Dukes contributed with 29 assists.

Madison Hoofman had 36 digs to lead the Eagle defense with Emmalee Dykman added seven blocks.

Fruitport Calvary is now 12-6-1 overall on the season and 8-1 in conference play.
