The Grand Haven boys bowling team had a solid day on the lanes Monday night, defeating conference rival Jenison 24-6.

Micah Yager led the Buccaneers with a series score of 460 while Collin Prokopec finished with a series score of 419.

Rounding out the Grand Haven series scores were Brantley Wicks with 407, Jaxon batka with 384 and Austin Breuker with 315.

MONA SHORES 16, ZEELAND EAST 14 – The Mona Shores boys bowling team won a highly competitive conference match on Monday night.

Caleb Leonard paced the Sailors with a series score of 451 while Jon Gemzer finished with 418.

ORCHARD VIEW 23, OAKRIDGE 7 – Trent Beerman led the Cardinals with a series total of 386 in a victory over Oakridge.

KENT CITY 27, RAVENNA 3 – The Kent City boys used a balanced effort on Monday night to take down Ravenna.

Tyrus Pyne led the Eagles with a series score of 445 while Curtis Poling had a game high score of 237.

Ravenna was led by Dylan Gordon who finished with a series of 436 while Marshall Kiester had a game score of 212.

GIRLS

GRAND HAVEN 26, JENISON 4 – Alexis Morgan led the Grand Haven girls with a series score of 342 while Alexis Thompson totaled a series score of 320.

Savannah Hitsman finished with a score of 249 while Lauren Elias scored 247.

ZEELAND EAST 26, MONA SHORES 4 – Bailey Graham led the Sailors with a series score of 398 on Monday night in a tough conference loss.

KENT CITY 17, RAVENNA 13 – Peytin Brake led the Eagles with a high game score of 227 while Lauren Witt finished with 201.

Ravenna was led by Heidi Kloostra with a series score of 391 while Mae Mabrito finished with a series score of 377. Liberty Willick had a solid night with a 347 series score.
