The Kent City girls basketball squad remains unbeaten after knocking off Morley-Stanwood 63-32 on Friday to win a Division 3 district title.

The Eagles led 18-9 after the opening stanza, 32-13 at halftime and had a 45-21 advantage heading into the fourth quarter.

Kenzie Bowers paced Kent City with 21 points, while Lexie Bowers added 19 and Maddie Geers chipped in with 12.

The Eagles are now a perfect 17-0 on the season and will face Western Michigan Christian on Monday in a Division 3 regional semifinal contest at Grandville Calvin Christian. Tip-off is slated for 7:00 p.m.
