The Whitehall boys basketball team completed an undefeated conference season on Wednesday with a 60-52 victory over Ravenna.

The Vikings are now 12-3 overall and finish West Michigan Conference with a 11-0 record.

Ravenna held a 19-10 lead before trailing 29-28 at halftime.

In the third quarter, each team scored 14 points to make the score 43-42 in favor of Whitehall after three quarters.

The Vikings outscored the Bulldogs 17-10 in the final eight minutes of play.

Dayton Cole led Whithall with 17 points on 7-of-7 shooting from the field while Evan Mikkelson added 16 points and seven rebounds. Red Watson had 10 rebounds and seven assists for the Vikings.

Dom Jones paced Ravenna with 17 points while Kyle Beebe added 13 points and seven rebounds.

PENTWATER 65, WALKERVILLE 37 – Three different double-digit scorers helped Pentwater pick up a non-conference victory on Wednesday.

Khole Hofmann led the Falcons (8-3, 4-3) with 17 points, seven rebounds and three assists while Blake Brigindahl added 15 points, six rebounds, five assists and seven steals.

Jack Stoneman totaled 11 points for Pentwater.

MUSKEGON CATHOLIC CENTRAL 60, HOLLAND BLACK RIVER 37 – The Crusaders held Holland Black River to just seven first half points in a non-conference victory.

With the victory, Muskegon Catholic improves to 4-9 overall and remain 0-5 in conference play.

Max Price finished with 12 points, six rebounds and five assists while Dane Rutz added 11 points, five rebound and four steals.
