Cassidy Noordhoek scored the only goal of the night to lead Orchard View over Shelby 1-0 on Friday night in a Lakes 8 contest.

Orchard View now has a 5-0 record overall and are 1-0 in the Lakes 8 Conference.

LAKES 8 CONFERENCE 

Cadillac 1, Ludington 0 –The Orioles struggled to get the ball in the net on Friday night, resulting in a shutout loss.

Ludington was outshot by a 10-7 margin as goalkeeper Keelyn Laird stopped nine shots on net.

The Orioles are now 4-3 overall on the season.

NON-LEAGUE

MONTAGUE 8, CHIPPEWA HILLS 0 – Kendall Osborne scored four goals to lead the Wildcats to victory over Chippewa Hills in a non-conference game.

Braquelle Osborne, Katie Weesies, Payton Johnson and Emma Peterson each added single goals for Montague.

Weesies, Kendall Osborne, Braquelle Osborne, and Emma Dyer had assists.
