Improved Mona Shores lacrosse team blasts Grand Rapids South Christian 17-3, improves to 2-0 on the season

The Mona Shores boys lacrosse team last played two years ago, because last season was lost to COVID.

In 2019 the Sailors only won one game.

On Thursday night, a much improved Mona Shoers squad doubled its r win total from two years ago with an easy 17-3 win over Grand Rapids South Christian.

Landon Taylor paced the attack with six goals and an assist. Jake Nanna scored five and recorded an assist, while Brayton Conrad finished with four goals and two assists. Brandon Eeinenburg and JJ Boos added their names to the score sheet with a goal and an assist apiece.

The Sailors are now 2-0 on the season.
