The Mona Shores girls soccer team dominated Holland 8-0 in an O-K Green Conference contest on Tuesday night.

Mia Brown and Lydia Sowles each put in two goals, while Ali Trautner, Jami Mikesell, Bri Wade and Riley Rosenthal had a single tally.

Rosenthal, Trautner, Addison Nellis, and Sophia Fisher were all credited with assists, while goaltender Ella Buikema recorded the shutout.

The Sailors are now 8-2 on the season and 5-0 in league play.

WEST MICHIGAN CONFERENCE

MONTAGUE 8, HART 0- The Wildcats earned a shutout win in a West Michigan Conference contest on Tuesday night. 

Braquelle Osborne paced the Wildcats offense with two goals while Kendall Osborne scored and dished out three assists.

Emma Dyer and Katie Weesies finished with a goal and an assist each for Montague and both Emma Jensen and Emma Peterson scored a goal each. Payton Johnson and Katie Nuttall added their names to the scoresheet with an assist each.

Janae Koetje recorded the shutout in goal for the Wildcats.

Montague is now 2-2 overall and in league play. 

NORTH MUSKEGON 8, OAKRIDGE 0 – The Norse cruised to a league win on Tuesday night.

Hope Johnson paced the Norse with three goals and two assists while Emily Olsen added two goals and three assists.

Audrey Wilson added a goal and an assist for North Muskegon and both Natalie Pannucci and Emily Judd added a single tally.

SHELBY 1, RAVENNA 0 – Kendall Zaverl scored the lone goal of the game for the Tigers five minutes into the contest to win a West Michigan Conference game on Tuesday.

Morgan Frees picked up the assist on the Zaverl goal.

GRAND HAVEN 2, JENISON 0 – The Buccaneers blanked Jenison on Tuesday night in girls soccer action.

Carley Wagasky opened the scoring 30 seconds into the contest to give Grand Haven the early 1-0 lead.

The Bucs increased their lead to 2-0 before halftime with a goal from Mia Strohmeyer.

Hannah Taylor earned the shutout in net for Grand Haven.

The Bucs are now 4-2-2 on the season and 4-1-1 in league play.

REETHS-PUFFER 3, GRAND RAPIDS UNION 3 – The Rockets forced a tie after trailing by two goals at halftime on Tuesday night in an O-K Green Conference game.

Kylie Kinnucan, Taeah Rensberger and Brooke Bradly each found the back of the net for Reeths-Puffer.

Sophia Hekkema and Rensberger each notched an assist for the Rockets.

Reeth-Puffer’s Ava Klopp and Tessa Lamphere combined for a total of 15 saves in net for the Rockets.

The Rockets are now 3-1-3 on the season and 2-1-2 in conference action.
