Wednesday boys golf roundup: Mona Shores and Ludington both win a jamboree

The Mona Shoers boys golf team won their conference jamboree at Zeeland West on Wednesday.

Mona Shores finished with the fifth lowest score in school history, totaling just 147.

Andrew Taylor led the Sailors with a score of 36 while finishing first overall.

Chase Knowlton, Owen DeLong and Nicholas Taylor all finished second overall with a total of 37.

Rounding out the Mona Shores scores were Alex Eckerman with 40 and Jeff Lenartowicz with 41.

LUDINGTON WINS JAMBOREE – The Ludington golf team won the jamboree hosted by Western Michigan Christian with a score of 189 on Wednesday.

Ben Zwick took first place with a score of 41 while the Oriole scores were rounded out by Carson Holmes with 46, Justin Plamondon and Blake Benson with 47, Eddie Gamble with 55 and Jake Plamondon with 65.
