The Ravenna softball team swept a high scoring doubleheader against Grant on Tuesday, winning 14-13 and 13-11.

In Game 1, Alexis McMahon brought home the game winning run with a sacrifice bunt.

Emma Gillard, Kendra Denhof, Laney Mabrito, Maddie Kilbourne and Kelsey Morey all had two hits to lead the Ravenna offense.

In the nightcap, Denhof, Gillard and Mabrito all had two hits to once again lead the offensive attack.

OAKRIDGE 15, SHELBY 0 – Andrea Romero homered twice for Oakridge while also doubling and bringing home nine RBIs

Brooklyn Galdeen pitched a three-inning perfect game to pickup the victory while also striking out five batters.

Hayden Ruel finished with three hits including a triple while Galdeen doubled and drove in two RBIs.

Oakridge is now 27-1 overall and 10-1 in the West Michigan Conference.
