Big second half leads North Muskegon boys soccer team over Leland

The North Muskegon boys soccer team used an explosive second half to top Leland 8-2 in a nonleague matchup on Tuesday.

Leading 1-0 at the half, the Norse tallied seven second half goals to improve their record to 2-2.

Dylan Schultz and Maverick Mylenek led North Muskegon, each with two goals and an assist.

Gabe Lenius, Hunter Koekkoek, and Max Lasser all tallied a goal and an assist while Brandon Winter scored for North Muskegon.

Posting the win in goal for North Muskegon was goalie Leighton Hunt with seven saves.
