MCE tripped up in the third set with a 25-23 loss but rallied in the fourth game with a 25-23 win.
Walkerville, playing with only six girls, battled back in the third set, building a 17-13 lead before taking its lone game of the match.
Mason County Eastern regained total control, wining the fourth set and the match by a score of 25-11.
Leading the way for Eastern was Skylar Harry with 12 aces and Janessa Alvesteffer with 8 aces. Deanna Codman had three digs and Taylor Campbell chipped in with two digs.
Walkerville was led by Lilly Tienda with eight serves and Heaven Rodriguez with six serves. Eastern is back in action on Tuesday evening as they will play host to the TCBAA Bulldogs at 5:30.
