The North Muskegon volleyball team went 2-2 at the Fruitport Invitational on Saturday, making it all the way to the silver bracket finals.

The Norse defeated Mona Shores in the semifinals in three games (18-25, 25-22, 15-11), but fell to Whitehall in the fianls (25-10, 25-17).  

North Mukegon defeated North Pointe Christian (25-22, 25-22) in its opener, but fell to Gull Lake (25-20, 18-25, 15-12).  

Natalie Pannucci led Norht Muskegon with 31 kills, 24 digs and six blocks. Josee Cooke had 14 kills and five aces, Molly Stewart made 12 kills and four blocks while Megan Houseman racked up 37 digs and five aces.

Sami Baker had 21 digs and made 54 assists and Jaley Schultz also contributed 25 digs.

North Muskegon is now 14-10-2 on the season.
