Spring Lake boys soccer posts third-straight shutout, tops Unity Christian on Monday

The Spring Lake Lakers hosted Hudsonville Unity Christian in a crucial O-K Blue conference matchup on Monday.

A second-half rally lifted Spring Lake to a 3-0 victory after playing to a 0-0 tie at halftime. 

Keegan Fritsche, Conrad Bush and Jon Deal each fetched a goal for the Lakers.Thanks to the tenacious play by the defensive core of Aiden Parker, Reagan Carter, Hunter Malaski, Link Deephouse and Jacob Barnes, Spring Lake earned its third straight shut-out.

Spring Lake now moves to 5-2-2 in the win and hosts Coopersville on Wednesday in an O-K Blue confrontation.
