Western Michigan Christian High School will dedicate its new athletic facilities in a 12:30 p.m. ceremony on Saturday at its Ellis Road campus.

This will be the celebration and dedication of the baseball field, soccer field and the newly completed track and field venue.

Over the past two years, WMC has raised more than $3 million and is excited to celebrate the new facility with donors, alumni, school family and community.

The event is led off at 11 a.m. with the jayvee soccer team hosting Grand Rapids Covenant Christian. The dedication will follow at 12:30 p.m. The varsity contest against state-ranked Covenant Christian begins at 1:30 p.m.

At the conclusion of the boy’s varsity soccer game, the public is invited to an open run and walk on the new track along with the start of the alumni soccer game.
