They needed overtime to decide a winner in Friday night’s football game between the Hesperia Panthers and the White Cloud Indians.

When the dust cleared, the Indians walked off the field with a 30-27 victory over the winless Panthers.

Hesperia’s quarterback Armando Escobejo passed for two touchdowns and ran for another to lead the Panthers, who travel to Lakeview next week.

Panther receiver Travis Kurtz had two touchdown receptions. He finished with three catches for 111 yards.

Hesperia running back Brandon Quinn rushed 25 times for 125 yards and a touchdown.
