The Hart Pirates swept the third West Michigan Conference Jamboree on Tuesday afternoon by outdistancing the Whitehall Vikings in both races.

Hart slipped by Whitehall with 35 points to Whitehall’s 44. Mason County Central was third with 86, followed by North Muskegon with 90. Ravenna finished fifth with 142 and Oakridge finished with 151 points.

Hart senior, Noah Bosley took first place with a time of 16:36.10. North Muskegon’s Jude Meldrum-Roy was second with 16:56. Whitehall claimed the third through fifth spots; Andre Richmond, Riley Buys and Carter McIllory. Other top runners included; Hart’s Wyatt Deen in seventh, Montague’s Cale Coppess in eighth, Hart’s Seth Ackley in ninth and Mason County Central’s Hunter Sanford was 10th.

The Lady Pirates placed five runners in the top 10 and finished with 20 points. Whitehall was second with 51 points. Other team total scores included; Oakridge with 98 points, Montague with 122, Mason County Central with 139, Ravenna with 149 and Shelby with 164.

Hart captured the top three places led by sophomore Alyson Enns, who finished with a time of 18:20.10. She was followed by teammates Jessica Jazwinski and Audrianna Enns.

Other top ten runners included; North Muskegon’s Carolyn Bennett in fourth, Shelby’s Emma Soelberg in fifth, Montague’s Isabelle Auch in sixth, Hart’s Lexie Beth Nienhuis in seventh, North Muskegon’s Gabriella Wingard in eighth, Whitehall’s Haylie Fagan in ninth and Hart’s Lauren Vanderlann in 10th.
