Muskegon Catholic shuts out Manistee, continues roll through Lakes 8

The Muskegon Catholic Central football team continued its roll through the Lakes 8 Conference as it shut out Manistee 34-0 on Friday night.

Signal caller Elliot Reigler was surgical through the air, completing 4-of-5 passes for 112 yards with a touchdown and ran 11 times for 130 yards with four rushing touchdowns.

Sam Convertini had three receptions for 101 yards and a touchdown.

Sam Kartes led the Crusader defense with six tackles while Chase Willer had an interception while David Hill made four tackles with an interception.

Muskegon Catholic Central climbs to 6-1 and a perfect 4-0 in the Lakes 8.

The Crusaders will be at Oakridge for a non conference matchup on Friday.
