North Muskegon travelled to Montague for a quad on Wednesday and finished 2-1.

The Norse defeated Ludington (25-14, 25-23, 23-25), fell to Grandville Calvin Christian in a close match (23-25, 25-22, 25-18) and finished up with a solid win over host Montague (25-7, 18-25, 25-18).

Sami Bake led the Norse with 63 assists and 20 digs,  Natalie Pannucci made 37 kills and six blocks and Josie Cooke posted 16 digs, 15 kills, four aces and four blocks.

 
Megan Houseman had 32 digs, Allie Jensen had 13 kills and two blocks and Molly Stewart made 11 kills and three aces for the Norse.
North Muskegon moved to 26-18-2 and will be at home on Monday to kick off the MHSAA District Tournament.
