Bouncing back from a tough loss to Montague last week, the Oakridge boys basketball team took down the visiting Grant Tigers, 66-45 on Tuesday night.

The Eagles pulled out front early by building a 32-27 lead at halftime and stretched their lead all the way to 22 points early into the fourth quarter to secure the win.

Leading for the Eagles with a double-double was Ethan Jozsa with 29 points and 12 rebounds and Garrett Wever put up 13 points, five rebounds, four assists and two steals.

In the loss, Seth Schuitema led the Tigers with 29 points.

Oakridge moves to 2-1 and will host the Shelby Tigers on Thursday.

Grant falls to 1-2 and will be at home on Friday to square up with Chippewa Hills.
