The Fruitport boys basketball team cruised to a 75-44 victory at home against the Belding Black Knights on Friday.

The Trojans were red hot right from the jump, going up 22-7 after one quarter and continued to grow that lead to 38-17 by halftime.

Bode Anspach was efficient on the attack for Fruitport, racking up 23 points, seven assists and five steals. Andrew Spyke tallied a double-double on the night with 18 points and 12 rebounds.

Also adding to the Trojans 75 points was Paschal Jolman with 13 points and six assists while Ryan Laus added in 10 points.

Fruitport rises to 3-1 overall and will travel to Greenville on Tuesday for their last game before the holiday break.
