Muskegon Catholic and Oakridge wrestle in tri against Central Montcalm

Muskegon Catholic Central wrestling went 1-1 on Wednesday night, defeating Oakridge 42-6 while falling short to Central Montcalm 42-30.

Oakridge went 0-2 on the night in a resurgence of a program that last had a team in 1973. The Eagles lost to Muskegon Catholic and Wyoming Lee.

Undefeated wrestlers for the Crusaders were Andrew Rosema (152), Easton Cook (160), Will Gowin (171), Zack Michael (215) and Aaron Barnhill (285)

The Eagles had a few winners themselves with Max Hannold, Braden Cunningham, and Aiden Rios all nodding a win with a loss.
