The Lakers have been working hard to make it through Christmas break and continue to build on their season.

“This is one of the most difficult periods of the swimming and diving season,” said Coach Zacek. Training is challenging and winter is just beginning. That being said, we learned a lot at the meet and we’ll be fine tuning training elements extensively through the rest of our season.”

Spring Lake will complete their Christmas break training this week and get back to action on Saturday, January 8th when they host the Spring Lake Swim and Dive Invitational.
