HOLLAND–The Reeths-Puffer Rockets determined defense controlled the tempo on their way to a 61-39 victory over the Holland Dutch.

Arrionna Williams and Sophia Hekkema led the charge for the Rockets with 16 points each. Hekkema ended up with a double-double tallying 12 rebounds and adding an extra five assists. Williams tallied five rebounds of her own to go with three steals.

Ariel Walker was another key piece to the offense with 13 points, three rebounds, and three assists. Brooklyn Tornes had an impact in all facets of the game with six points, six rebounds, six assists, and four steals.

The Rockets improve to 10-2 in conference play and 12-5 overall for second place in the OK-Green. They will travel to Muskegon next Tuesday for a crucial conference tilt.

The Dutch fall to 6-6 in the conference and 11-7 overall. Holland will travel to Mona Shores next Tuesday.
