MUSKEGON–McKenna Gentry’s 20-point performance propelled Muskegon Catholic over Orchard View 58-17 on Friday evening.

The Crusaders led 7-5 after the first quarter. The offensive explosion began in the second quarter as Muskegon Catholic built a 30-14 halftime and 51-16 third quarter lead.

Gentry was dominant throughout the game but received a lot of help from her teammates. Erin LaVigne contributed with nine points for the Crusaders.

Muskegon Catholic improves to 7-5 and 4-2 in Lakes 8 games. The Crusaders will travel to Holton next Tuesday.

Orchard View hosts Holton on Monday as they drop to 0-7 in conference and 1-14 overall.
