The Fruitport bowling team capped off their regular season with a dominant 2-0 sweep over Grand Rapids West Catholic at Northway Lanes on Tuesday night.

The boys found themselves trailing in a tight battle early on as they dropped both baker games to fall behind, but bounced back to roll on West Catholic and capture the win with a score of 18-12.

Jray Conklin had his best outing of the season throwing games of 246 and 205 to lead the boys. Gage Wadland also had a solid performance bowling games of 205 and 177 while Mike Hanson and Brandon Krohn tossed games of 171 and 170 respectively.

The girls found quicker success as they dominated their way to a 23-7 win over West Catholic. Bynna Hanson flexed her muscle again leading for the Trojans with games of 217 and 168 while Rylee Lusk followed behind throwing a game of 192. Also chipping in for the girls was Raegan Dykstra who had a game of 150 of Payten McGlaughlin who added a 125.
