The Fruitport boys basketball team took home an O-K Blue win against Hamilton on Friday, topping the Hawkeyes 73-55.

The Trojans used a big fourth quarter and solid nights from Paschal Jolman and Bode Anspach to grab their sixth win of the season.

Fruitport outscored Hamilton 23-12 in the final eight minutes to run away with the game.

Paschal Jolman’s 21 points paced Fruitport which led 34-26 at half time. Anspach tallied 19 points to also lead the way.

Andrew Spyke also led Fruitport with 14 points while Gavin Reams scored 10 points and Collin Jolman added seven.

The Trojans are now 6-11 overall and 2-10 in league action. Fruitport returns back to action on Tuesday, February 22 when they host GR West Catholic.
