REMUS — Fremont’s boys basketball team extended its winning streak to two games Wednesday night with a convincing 76-41 road victory over Chippewa Hills in the Central State Activities Association-Gold.
With the district tournament less than two weeks away, the Packers did some good things at both ends of the court and hopefully built some momentum.
Jordon McDonald scored 23 points to lead the Packers, and also hauled down eight rebounds and nabbed two steals.
Chaz Miller followed with 13 points, snagged three steals and distributed three assists.
Logan Nelson contributed 12 points, dished out four assists and picked off two steals.
Fremont improves to 13-6 overall and 11-2 in the conference. The Packers are next scheduled to return to the court Friday at Reed City.
