MUSKEGON–Muskegon Heights outlasted Muskegon Catholic 57-47 with 21 fourth quarter points on Friday evening in a game played at MCC.

The Tigers led 12-11 at the end of the first quarter, but a strong second quarter pushed the Crusaders ahead 24-22 at halftime. MCC led 36-35 at the end of the third before the Tigers pulled away in the fourth quarter.

Sara Albanese had 13 points on the evening while Katherine Rauch added 11 points of her own for the Crusaders.

MCC is now 8-7 overall and 4-3 in Lakes 8 Activities conference play.

Muskegon Heights progresses to 4-6 overall and 4-3 in conference. The Crusaders and Tigers will play at Muskegon Heights on Tuesday.
