Due to poor weather conditions a few boys and girls basketball contests have been postponed this evening.
The West Michigan Conference game between the Mason County Central Spartan girls and North Muskegon scheduled for this evening has been postponed until Wednesday evening, February 23. Mason County Central will travel to North Muskegon to take on the Norsmen.
The boys game scheduled for this evening between Onekama and Mason County Central for tonight has been rescheduled for Wednesday evening, February 23.
Over in Newaygo County, the Grant at Big Rapids boys game and the Big Rapids at Grant girls contest have likewise been postponed tonight and both games, weather permitting, will be made up on Wednesday, February 23.
Up the street in Newaygo, the league games for boys and girls between Reed City and Newaygo are off for Tuesday evening. The Newaygo boys team actually will win by forfeit as the Coyotes are unable to field a team because of an altercation that took place last Friday in a game between Reed City and Central Montcalm. No announcement has been made if the girls contest will be made up or not.
The Fremont at Chippewa Hills boys game scheduled for this evening along with the Chippewa Hills at Fremont girls basketball game set for tonight have both been postponed and will be made up on Wednesday evening, February 23.
Over in Montague, the boys basketball game scheduled for tonight between Manistee and Montague has been postponed and will be played on Wednesday, February 23.
