The Whitehall bowling team posted a strong 2-0 sweep over the Oakridge Eagles at Northway Lanes on Wednesday evening.
The story of the night was all Avery Gabriel, or as coach Tyson Jasperse calls him “Whitehall’s very own bad boy of bowling”, went nuclear on the lanes throwing eight strikes in a row for an impressive game of 248. Also assisting in the win for the Vikings was Gabe Ganos who added games of 182 and 174.
Karli VanDuinen had a strong showing for the girls squad throwing games of 197 and 181 while Vanessa Hiragami did her part bowling games of 182 and 144.
Whitehall will be back in action on Monday to take on the Norse of North Muskegon.
