WYOMING — Orchard View had trouble slowing down the Wyoming Tri-Unity Christian boys basketball team’s offense Tuesday night and wound up losing, 81-53 in the non-conference game on the road.

Tri-Unity got off to a hot start, outscoring the Cardinals, 18-12 in the first quarter. Orchard View was outscored, 24-14 in the second period and trailed, 42-26 at the half.

It didn’t get much better for the Cardinals in the third quarter, as Tri-County outscored the Cardinals, 17-12 and went into the fourth holding a 59-38 lead. OV was outscored, 22-15 in the final eight minutes.

Delaney Oakes pumped in 26 points to lead the Cardinals. Darius Williams contributed 12 points and Keith McAllister added eight points.

Tr-Unity was led by Brady Titus, who scored a game-high 30 points. Owen Rosendall contributed 12 and Ean Eerdmans tossed in 10.

Orchard View fell to 4-14 and ends the regular season Thursday at Kent City.
