Fremont softball team gives up 26 runs while scoring once in doubleheader loss to Big Rapids

BIG RAPIDS–Fremont’s girls softball team ran into a tough Big Rapids squad and dropped a doubleheader to the Cardinals, 10-0 and 16-1 on Friday night.

No statistics were reported.

“The girls never gave up the fight, and continued to battle in both games,” said Packers head coach Jeff Foster. “We couldn’t get the bats working against a great pitcher.”
