NORTON SHORES –The Mona Shores girls lacrosse squad was stumped by the defending OK Conference champions, Northview, on Monday night.
The Sailors battled but were ultimately shut out by a score of 13-0.
Jordyn Briseno had her work cut out for her defensively but still gave a tremendous effort, while Claire Schend made five saves in the net for the Sailors.
Mona Shores (3-2, 2-1) will travel to Jenison on Wednesday evening.
