MUSKEGON — Orchard View’s baseball team swept a non-conference doubleheader from Muskegon, 16-1 in four innings and 22-3 in three Monday afternoon.
Noah Smith was the winning pitcher, striking out seven batters.
Smith also had a hit and drove in three runs, while Emilio Villareal rapped out two hits and had two RBI.
Kellen Morgan picked up the win on the mound in the second game, notching seven strike outs.
Smith powered the Cardinal offense with three hits and had four RBI. Villareal pounded out three hits and had three RBI and Korbin Tenbrink had two hits and three RBI.
