MONTAGUE — Whitehall’s boys track team recorded 13 individual first place finishes on the day, and won all four relays at Montague on Wednesdayin a West Michigan Conference meet that also included Muskegon Oakridge.

Whitehall defeated Montague 113-24 and Oakridge 124-13 while Montague defeated Oakridge 86-48.

Logan Sines paced the Vikings with a pair of victories, one coming in the 110-meter hurdles (16.80 seconds) and the other in the 300-meter hurdles (43.43).

Other first place finishes for the Vikings included Malcolm Earvin in the 100 meters (11.64 seconds), Trannon Aylor in the 200 meters (23.87 seconds), Nate Bolley in the 400 meters (52.67 seconds), Jack Houtteman in the 800 meters (2:10.99), Carer McIlroy in the 1600 meters (4:47.86), Andre Richmond in the 3200 meters (10:23.13), Gabe Reavey in the discus (117 feet), David Conrad in the pole vault (14 feet 6 inches) and Landen Snay in the long jump (19 feet 5.5 inches).

The Vikings won the 400-meter relay with Snay, Red Watson, Ca’mar Ready and Earvin (45.64), the 800 relay with Bolley, Lukas Palmer, Snay and Aylor (1:34.02), the 1600 relay with Earvin, Houtteman, Palmer and Bolley (3:43.26) and the 3200 relay with Wyatt Reid, Avery Jura and German Novy (9:15.08).

Montague had Silas Jancek win the shot put (42 feet 7 inches) and Rodney Brassfield place first in the high jump (6 feet 2 inches).

Whitehall recorded second place finishes by Watson in the 100 (11.91) and the 200 (24.03), Drew Boeringa in the 3200 (12:16.35), Camden Thompson in the 110 hurdles (16.92), Wesley Russell in the shot put (42 feet 5.5 inches), Jamarion Hill in the discus (105 feet .5 inches), Thompson in the high jump (6 feet) and Bolley in the long jump (18 feet 8 inches).

Also for the Vikings: David Conrad third in the 100 (11.91), Earvin third in the 200 (24.07), Snay fourth in the 200 (24.55), Palmer third in the 400 (55.34), Tyler VanAntwerp fifth in the 400 (58.04), Drew Boeringa third in the 1600 (5:30.45), Jura third in the 3200 (12:16.44), Thompson third in the 300 hurdles (47.47), Camden Rake fourth in the shot put (37 feet 4.25 inches), Chase Niesurawski fourth in the discus (97 feet 9 inches), Trannon Aylor third in the high jump (5 feet 8 inches), Ready fourth in the high jump (5 feet 8 inches), Micah Witham third in the pole vault (11 feet 6 inches), Ready fourth in the pole vault (10 feet), Aylor third in the long jump (17 feet 7.5 inches), Kal Koehler fourth in the long jump (17 feet).

Montague placers: Adam Baird (12.21) fourth and Dylan Everett (12.28) fifth in the 100, Isaiah Atchison (24.64) fifth in the 200 and second (52.71) in the 400 and Cale Coppress second in the 800 (2:17.48) and the 1600 (5:13.90).

Also for the Wildcats: Clay Johnson fourth in the 1600 (5:43.58) and the 3200 (13:09.46), Chris Aebig fifth in the 1600 (5:46.81), William Neubauer fourth in the 110 hurdles (18.59) and the 300 hurdles (48.54).Further for the Wildcat: Joe Winkelman third in the shot put (37 feet 6.5 inches), Owen Powers fifth in the shot put (36 feet 7.5 inches), Jancek third in the discus (100 feet), DaCarri Williams fifth in the high jump (5 feet 6 inches) and Kevin Roll in the pole vault (9 feet 6 inches).

Muskegon Oakridge placers: Bryson Stephenson fourth in the 400 (57.78), Peyton Ruel third in the 800 (2:25.18), Justin Smith fifth in the 3200 (13:34.33), Spencer Anderson second in the 300 hurdles (44.77) and Christopher Swarts fifth (50.54).

Also for the Eagles: Derek Driscoll fifth in the discus (91 feet 5 inches), Gavin Anderson second in the pole vault (12 feet 10 inches), Ty Maitland fifth in the long jump (17 feet).
