RAVENNA — Ravenna’s girls softball team swept a non-conference doubleheader from White Cloud, 10-0 in five innings and 15-0 in three innings at home Thursday afternoon.

Emma Gillard picked up the win in the first game, giving up just two hits, walking two and striking out 10.

Leading hitters for the Lady Bulldogs were Emma Herremans who was 2-for-2 with a triple, Maddie Kilbourne who was 2-for-3, Gillard who was 1-for 3 with a triple.

Kara Postema, Ellie Solem, Liberty Willick and Kendra Denhof each had one hit.

Addison Gillard was the winning pitcher in the nightcap, allowing only one hit while striking out six.

Emma Gillard was 3-for-3 with a triple to lead the Lady Bulldogs at the plate. Kilbourne was 2-for-4 with a triple, Herremans was 2-for-3 with a triple, Denhof was 2-for-2 with a double.

Kara Postema, Addison Gillard and Willick had one hit apiece.
