The Fruitport girls tennis team had a successful day on the courts as they got by OK Conference-Blue foe Hudsonville Unity Christian by a score of 6-2 on Wednesday.

Hope Busscher took No. 1 singles for the Trojans, while Grace Sweet and Rachel Hines won at No. 2 and No. 3 singles.

In doubles, the duo of Lucia Sampedro and Lynnea Olson took No. 1, while Jennah Wierengo and Auebre Johnson finished at No. 2.

Fruitport will be back in action on Thursday against Grant.
