HESPERIA — Hesperia’s girls softball team dropped a Central State Activities Association-Silver doubleheader to Kent City, 7-5 and 8-3 on Tuesday afternoon.

In the first game, Kaity Skok took the loss in the pitcher’s circle.

Emma Joppich had one hit and drove in two runs while Triniti Tanner had one hit and a walk and scored one run.

Skok was the losing pitcher in the nightcap and dropped her record to 7-8 on the season.

Emmi Tinkham had two hits and two RBI, Joppich had one hit and one run scored. Tanner had one hit and one run scored for Hesperia.
