Mona Shores golf team captures Corporal B Invitational

GRAND HAVEN–The Mona Shores Golf team won the Corporal B Invitational at American Dunes in Grand Haven on Friday with a score of 303 to beat Detroit Catholic by five strokes.

The 18-team field consisted of some of the top programs in the state.

Nico Talyor shot a round of 73 to lead the Sailors and finished 3rd overall.

Jeff Lenartowicz wasn’t far behind with a round of (76). He was followed by Chase Knowlton (77), and Alex Eckerman (77) rounded on the scoring for the Sailors.
