HART –The Hart girls soccer team bounced back from the previous day’s loss with a 3-1 victory over Kent City on Friday night.

The Pirates struggled to find footing early but eventually found a break to energize their play.

Brooklyn Storms opened the evening’s scoring with her first-ever varsity goal. Cristelia Rangel and Sydney Goodrich each followed with goals of their own.

The Eagles scored their only goal in the closing minutes of the second half.

Hart (3-10-2, 1-5-1) will be at Whitehall on Tuesday.

Kent City (2-7, 1-5) is set for CSAA Conference action on Monday when they host Newaygo.
