Grand Haven and Mona Shores finish in 2-2 tie

NORTON SHORES –The Mona Shores boys soccer team came back to tie Grand Haven by a score of 2-2 on Thursday night.

The Bucs led 2-1 at the half but the Sailors managed to capture the equalizing goal in the second half.

Kyle Leenhouts and Kaden Pulaski each found the net for the Sailors.

Grand Haven’s Asa Dean and Eli Wachter scored a goal a piece.

Gavin Stoker, Kaden Semlow and Dylan Brady shared time in the net for the Sailors and combined for 14 saves.

Mona Shores will be back at home on Saturday for a non-conference game against Hudsonville.

Grand Haven will also see non-league action as they travel to Northview on Saturday.
